| Grand Slam Sam was the first Field Champion/Amateur Field Champion in the state of Kansas. Sam was sired by the Hall of Fame, Dual Champion, Rebel Rouser ET. His two Grandsires, Bandieto and Askim, are both Hall of Fame dogs as well. Sam was one of the top Vizslas of his time, winning many All Breed trials. Grand Slam Sam was the sire of several Field Champions, and sired dogs that have won 7 National Field Titles. Sam was a tremendous dog that naturally broke himself at 15 months of age, and won his first broke dog stake at only 18 months of age. Grand Slam Sam was only 2 years old when he finished his Field Championship and Amateur Field Championship Titles. |
